FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75 SHIPPING FEE:
  • Up to $10 = $3.75
  • $10.01 - $30.00 = $4.75
  • $30.01 - $75.00 = $5.75
  • $75.01 & over = free shipping
  • We will email you tracking info as soon as the order is shipped.
    When will I get my order?
    Order Delivery time: All orders are shipped PRIORITY/FIRST CLASS & Delivered 5-7 business days from the day you place the order.
    How to track your order?
    Your shipping method includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link by email when your order has shipped. You can also find tracking information by logging into your account. Please note that tracking information is only available after an order has been shipped. You can also track your order on the ORDER TRACKING page.
    Will I pay customs for my order?
    International orders may be subject to additional customs duties. This fee is out of our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary greatly in each country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases. In cases where customs fees arise, you will be responsible for paying them.
    I received an incorrect/damaged item, what should I do?
    We are very sorry if the item you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this issue quickly, please email us at info@loxvil.com within 14 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details about your order. We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
    RETURN & REFUNDS
    What’s your return & refund policy?
    We offer 30-day returns and refunds in any case you have received a faulty product from us. If you’re not happy with your LOXVIL product and want to return your product you can do so by notifying us within 14 days from the date on which the good was received. When we’ve received and approved your return we will make your refund. More information about these scenarios can be found below.
    Which products cannot be returned?
    • The supply of goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
    • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
    • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. For example we cannot accept returns of underwear and swim wear if the original package has been opened.
    • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
    We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
      Shipping & Customs?
      You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. That means that you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs and custom fees when returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and custom fees will be deducted from your refund.
      How do I return a product?
      To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement within the 14 days deadline from the date on which the goods was received. You can inform us of your decision by: E-mail: info@loxvil.com We will reimburse you as soon as we’ve received and inspected the returned goods. For the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: The Goods were received in the last 14 days The Goods needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase The Goods are in the original packaging The Goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. The product needs to be returned in the original packaging along with the packing slip to the return address stated on the back of the original packing and packing slip.       Refunds?
      If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
